Firstly a question if we may... What made you first choose your dress for your wedding and one of the most special days of your life? Was it a recommendation, something you had already sketched out on paper or in your mind, or was it perhaps that magazine you were flicking through. The one with the fashion model in a perfectly lit studio setting, perfectly posed and projecting the beauty that you feel is just so you.

Wouldn’t it be great if you could guarantee your shots would look that great? Guess what - you can...

No longer do you have to hope and pray that your wedding photographer will capture a single shot of you looking absolutely perfect in what will be one of your busiest, yet most special of days of your life. And why, how?...

Because with Ginkgo ‘Bridal’ we offer a studio portraiture session that will give you exactly that - you, in your bridal gown (wedding dress if you prefer) looking your very best and we will ensure, your most relaxed. No hustle and bustle, no shepherding, no guests in the background, no one vying for your attention, no worrying about a million and one other things - Just you (and your groom too if you wish - but let’s be honest, it’s all about you, your day and your dress). And all this from the same photographers involved in the taking of the images that inspired your decision in the first place. Top commercial & social photographers giving you the very same level of quality and creativity that the bridal magazines demanded that help you to make your decision, but tailored just for you, your wants and your work of art that is your wedding dress.

Yes, it’s a luxury - but what a picture for your wall, your parents, your guests, your thank you cards and of course, your groom, your husband, your love.

We’ll spend time to get to know you, your wants, your hopes and your vision of what you would like us to produce for you. Then slowly work at building a collection of bridal portraits drawing on what we have learned about you, your likes and our fashion experience and influences. In other words, a few hours of fun.

Then relax and wait for a collection of stunning images for your review.

We know you’ll just love the work we provide for you. And we are so sure of it that you won’t be billed a single penny until you decide that you are happy with the bridal portraiture we have done for you. If in the unlikely event you are not happy, then you will have spent nothing at all, bar a couple of hours of your time. But that just isn’t going to happen.

You can have this session any time you wish. You can have it before the big day, when you have your hair rehearsal and dress delivery, you can have it after your honeymoon when you are sporting your healthy glow. You can even have it on the day at our studios, if you are feeling very brave and have a wedding planner that could coordinate and choreograph a shuttle trip to the moon before lunch (bearing in mind it takes 4 days to get there) and of course, you have nerves made with the tensile strength of steel.

Or, we could bring the studio to you, if your location allows - much simpler and much much calmer.

So, no more worrying about your once in a lifetime shot being missed - There will be plenty of other things for you to worry about after all - Let your wedding photographer concentrate on the reportage shots (or of course, let us) recording the wonderful experience that your wedding day will give - and let us worry about making you look simply stunning in your hand crafted work of art. And of course give you a collection of images that will, we are sure, bring a tear to all your eyes. Whether on the day or anytime either side - your choice. Whatever, we’ll make sure you have something extra special to treasure for the rest of your lives.
